Ten years ago, Graeme Rocher and Jeff Scott Brown completed work on a powerful, Groovy-based, web-application framework for the JVM, and Grails was born.
Following the release of version 1.0 on February 18, 2008, Grails has grown into a mature, enterprise-scale framework, while staying true to its lightweight, developer-friendly roots.
