Jason Bull, Ph.D., joins Object Computing as Vice President of Machine Learning, where he works with our clients and partners to reimagine and build technology solutions that connect systems and data, streamline decision-making, and accelerate speed to market through the power of artificial intelligence.
Jason joins Object Computing with over twenty years of deep industry experience, recently serving as a key leader in analytics for a Fortune 500 agricultural biotechnology company. There his work was recognized by Forbes for accelerating the development of analytics-driven decision models to transform an industry-leading, global R&D pipeline. Jason also pioneered the application of AI, Big Data, Imagery, and IoT to create predictive digital advisors that are enabling digital farming and transforming agriculture today.
- Jason earned his doctorate degree in Quantitative Genetics & Biometrics from the University of Queensland, Australia.
- From 2016 to 2018, Jason served as a Senior Science & Technology Fellow at Monsanto (now Bayer), where he was recognized for science innovation, community engagement, and business impact.
- Jason has led more than 15 patents spanning key scientific innovations related to seed chipping, molecular breeding, and product placement.
- Jason contributed his skills to the assessment of agricultural and rural development feasibility in Sri Lanka, where he served as a volunteer advisor for economic empowerment.
When he's not using technology to change the world, Jason is focused on inclusion and advancement of women in technology and cheering for his son, who is an inspiration in the special needs community.
