We recently doubled our office and development center in St. Louis, Missouri, with an expansion that included a custom-built, 18,000-square-foot development center, installation of upgraded security throughout the facility, a technical training lab, and modern meeting facilities.
Our culture encourages and nurtures collaboration and information sharing. In addition to our extensive Training and Mentorship programs, we are active supporters and thought leaders at technical tradeshows and conferences in the U.S. and around the globe. Throughout our region, our architects and engineers lead technical user groups and other professional development activities. We offer many opportunities for our engineers to develop and hone their skills, and to share and contribute their know-how and leadership to the greater tech community.
You don’t have to sacrifice the balance between work and the rest of your life to be part of our team. We’ve created a unique environment that promises technical challenges, professional growth, competitive salaries, and benefits, plus the opportunity to work with some of the best engineers, architects, and systems integrators around. Our associates work within a team environment, where individual ideas and contributions are valued and rewarded.

What's it like to work at OBJECT COMPUTING?
Working at OCI promises technical challenges that are as rewarding as they are exciting. Our culture encourages you to pursue the path that fits your passions while empowering you to achieve your personal best.
What will you work on at OCI? Here's a quick sampling of our projects:
Why We Love Working at Object Computing
In March of 2019, Object Computing received our fifth Silver Level Boeing Performance Excellence Award (BPEA). The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. Out of 12,000 vendors evaluated in 2018, only 298 suppliers were honored by Boeing for having achieved this level of excellence.
Through active volunteer efforts and strategic financial contributions, we support a variety of organizations that empower and promote women and other underrepresented groups, champion awareness and funding for health diseases and disorders, and protect and support animals.
We schedule regular team-bonding activities, including picnics and holiday parties, Toastmasters meetings, chili cook-offs, musical jam sessions, and more, where we gather to share our creative energy, build positive relationships, and innovate courageously.
