Term of Agreement

This statement of work (SOW) shall commence as of the purchase date and will continue until completion of the services as stipulated in this SOW, unless terminated/cancelled at an earlier time pursuant to the termination clause below. The term shall be effective for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the date you place an order for services from this website.


Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing fourteen (14) days advance notice in writing to the other party. Client agrees to pay the OpenDDS Foundation for all work performed up to the effective date of such termination.

Description of Services

The OpenDDS Foundation, in collaboration with Client, shall provide to Client up to the agreed upon amount of ad-hoc advisory technical assistance (e.g., code support and troubleshooting, error diagnosis and resolution, training, programming, or configuration related issues).

Scope of Work

The scope of work under this SOW is as follows. Ad-hoc support is available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., U.S. Central Time Zone, rendered on a best-effort basis. Ad-hoc hours are billed to Client in 30-minute increments based on actual usage. 

No Modification

This SOW may only be amended by the subsequent written mutual agreement of the Client and the OpenDDS Foundation.
