Object Computing Named a Top St. Louis Workplace Fifth Year Running

Object Computing has been named a Top Workplace for 2024 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This is the fifth consecutive year Object Computing has received this honor. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

"This Top Workplaces recognition is a tremendous honor, especially because it comes authentically from our team members who show up each day in service to each other and the clients and communities we serve,” said Gina Bremehr, Object Computing CEO. "At Object Computing, 'all of us is better than any of us'. This core value is deeply ingrained in our company culture and evident in the way our team members support and learn from each other, and share our learnings and investments with the global community. This collaborative spirit is what makes us a Top Workplace. We're incredibly grateful for this recognition, and we're committed to continuously fostering a culture that empowers our teams to thrive and lead and contribute."
