We are pleased to announce that Object Computing has been named one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces for the third year in a row. This accomplishment is a testament to the culture, values, and daily efforts of our team.
Inclusion in the Top Workplaces list is earned solely through employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

For the 2022 competition, the Post Dispatch invited 2,499 organizations to participate; more than 60,000 employees received the survey, and 35,926 responded. The feedback gathered provided the basis for the Post Dispatch's recognition of a record 184 employers in the greater St. Louis area that demonstrate superior organizational health.
