Rapid Stack was created in the OCI Innovation Lab by Principal Software Engineer, Dorian Yeager, who observed that the complexity of modern application architecture sometimes hinders bold experimentation. He felt that programmers shouldn't have to invest hundreds of hours of study and grueling work just to explore a new idea.
Dorian designed and built Rapid Stack to serve as a low-cost, low-risk sandbox in which to experiment with ideas that technologists might otherwise dismiss due to lack of time or experience.
